North Division

The North division should be an interesting division to watch again. Last season every team was quite average, and about the same. This season I think we will see some more parity in the division. There are some teams that do have some potential to be competitive for a title, but we shall see how the season unfolds.

Montréal Maroons
Offense: average
Defense: poor
Overall: average
The Maroons will begin their first season out of Chicago, as they made the move to Montrèal. The offensive side of the ball will have some potential to win them games, but the defense may be what lets this team down. What may help the Maroons, is the other teams in this division, having average offenses at best, so they will need to win division games with a hot offense to compete for the division title.

Pennsylvania Keystones
Offense: average
Defense: poor
Overall: poor
The Keystones are now a far way from the dominant team they had just two seasons ago. The defense especially will be atrocious. The Keystones key to winning games will be scoring as many points as they possibly can every game, and hope they can outscore how bad their defense is. A wild card spot isn’t entirely out of the question, but that will be the ceiling for this team.

Toronto Terror
Offense: average
Defense: good
Overall: good
Toronto was able to make the final push into the division title last season, and they were even able to upset the Lightning in the Wild Card round. The Terror have a good core to build around. The defense is going to be among the best in the league this year. The offense has a ton of playmakers, with the only question being at the QB position. As long as the offense steers towards their strengths, the defense should be able to take over games, or at least keep them in games

Wisconsin Stags
Offense: average
Defense: average
Overall: average
The Stags are a pretty balanced team on each side for the ball. The run game will be their strength, and QB their weakness. The defense is balanced enough as well to keep them in games. It will be interesting to see how this team matches up to other teams in the division.
